Handmade Damascus Hunting Knives Built for the Field
Our Damascus hunting knives are hand-forged by our own smiths in Wazirabad, Pakistan, and shipped from our fulfillment center in Texas. Most are full tang, which means the steel runs the whole length of the handle for strength, and every knife comes with a sheath so it is ready to use the day it arrives.
Choose the right knife
- Skinners (7 inches): compact blades for field dressing and small game.
- Bushcraft knives (7.5 to 10 inches): all-round camp knives for carving, camp chores and food prep.
- Scout carry knives (9 inches): the sheath rides sideways on the belt for easy reach.
- Bowies (10 to 18 inches): bigger blades for heavy work, including our 18-inch D2 survival bowies.
- Bull cutter (8 inches): a broad ranch-style blade for heavy slicing.
Damascus, D2 or acid wash?
- Damascus: layered steel with a unique pattern on every blade. Some of our Damascus is forged from 1095 and 15N20 steel for strong contrast and good edge holding.
- D2 tool steel: very hard-wearing, used on our big mirror-polished bowies.
- Acid wash: a non-reflective finish that hides the scratches hard use leaves behind.
Handles and sheaths

Damascus Hunting Knife FAQ
Is Damascus steel good for a hunting knife?
Yes. It holds a sharp edge and stands up to field work. Damascus is usually forged from carbon steels, so it can rust if left wet. Clean it, dry it and oil it after each trip.
Should I store my knife in its leather sheath?
Not for long periods. Leather holds moisture, so store the knife dry and out of the sheath between trips. Our knife care guide has more tips.

Do you ship outside the US?
Ready-to-ship knives go to US addresses only, and you must be 18 or older to order.
