US stock, fulfillment and returns are handled on our behalf by Lavish Blade LLC, registered in Florida under document number L25000418469, operating from 20842 US Hwy 59, Suite F, New Caney, TX 77357, USA.

Eligibility You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from this store. By ordering, you confirm you meet this requirement and that the items you purchase are legal to own and receive at your location. Compliance with local, state, and federal blade laws is the buyer's responsibility.

Our Products Every Lavish Blade piece is hand-forged by our smiths in Wazirabad, Pakistan, and stocked at our Texas fulfillment center. Variations in Damascus pattern, handle grain, and finish are natural characteristics of hand-forged work — not defects. Product images are representative; your piece will be uniquely yours.

Safe Use Our blades are functional tools with sharp edges. You assume all responsibility for their safe handling, use, and storage. Lavish Blade is not liable for injury or damage resulting from misuse.

Pricing & Errors We work hard to keep listings accurate, but we reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors and to cancel and refund any order affected by such an error.

Intellectual Property All content on this site — photos, text, and designs — belongs to Lavish Blade Limited and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects the statutory consumer rights available to you in your place of residence.
