The larger of our two ulu knives, with a 7-inch curved edge and a bone-and-dark-wood handle. The ulu's defining feature is that the grip sits directly above the blade, so your force travels straight down through the cut instead of across it — which is why it minces faster than a chef knife and asks less of your wrist. Comes with a handmade leather sheath.

Hand-forged by our own smiths at our workshop in Wazirabad, Pakistan. Imported, inspected and shipped from our US fulfillment center in New Caney, Texas — most US orders arrive in 3–5 business days.

Care & Maintenance

• Hand wash only — never place this in a dishwasher
• Dry immediately — wipe dry with a soft cloth after every use
• Apply a light coat of food-safe mineral oil occasionally
• Keep in a dry place; use the sheath for carry and transport rather than long-term storage, as leather retains moisture
