Product Description
A two-knife working set in J2 high-carbon stainless — an 8-inch chef knife and a 6-inch companion, both with black swirl resin handles. The roll-up leather sheath is the useful part: it makes this the set to take to a rental kitchen, a catering job, or a campsite rather than one that lives in a drawer.
Hand-forged by our own smiths at our workshop in Wazirabad, Pakistan. Imported, inspected and shipped from our US fulfillment center in New Caney, Texas — most US orders arrive in 3–5 business days.

Why J2 Steel
J2 is a high-carbon stainless, which means it takes and holds a keen edge like carbon steel while resisting the staining and rust that catch out carbon steel owners. For a travelling set that will not always get dried immediately, that combination matters more than it would for a knife that stays on a magnetic strip at home.
Care & Maintenance
- Clean and dry immediately after use to prevent corrosion
- Lightly oil the blades with a food-safe oil such as coconut or mineral oil
- Avoid long-term storage in the leather sheath — use it for transport, and store the knives dry
- Clean any surface rust with vinegar or lime, then re-apply oil

Every piece is in stock and ships from our US fulfillment center in New Caney, Texas, within 3–5 business days. Our blades are hand-forged by our own smiths in Wazirabad, Pakistan, then imported, inspected and stocked in Texas. Shipping is free within the USA, and you'll receive tracking by email once your order is dispatched.

Care & Maintenance
Damascus steel is high-carbon and can spot or patina if left wet. Keep the blade clean, dry, and lightly oiled. Hand-wash and dry kitchen knives immediately after use — never leave them soaking or run them through a dishwasher.
Are these food-safe?
Our chef and kitchen knives are made for food preparation. Wash and dry each knife before its first use. Decorative swords and display pieces are not intended for food use.
