Our blades are hand-forged by our own smiths in Wazirabad, Pakistan, then imported, inspected and stocked in Texas. Damascus steel is high-carbon and can spot or patina if left wet. Keep the blade clean, dry, and lightly oiled. Hand-wash and dry kitchen knives immediately after use — never leave them soaking or run them through a dishwasher.
